my name is Portia Mellott.
I love everything about turning houses into homes! Homes are not only a reflection of your personality, but they also represent the environment where you are your most true self.
Born and raised in Maryland, I migrated to South Carolina and graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2012. Since then, I have lived throughout the Carolinas and finally called Charlotte home in 2021.
After renovating six homes while successfully leading teams in the residential foundation and crawl space repair business, I decided to venture on my own to help homeowners fall in love with their dream homes.
From renovations to organization, my passion is for all Charlotte homeowners to feel ecstatic walking into their home, wanting to share their space with family and friends without worry. Your home is one of your biggest investments, enjoy it!
